The results for the DC Bar Exam from July 2013 have been posted today. Below is a picture of the pass list from the Committee on Admissions. Once the results are posted online I will share the statistics. Congratulations to everyone who passed!

If my friend only completed the first day of the exam because they already had a good enough MBE score, would their name be listed here if they passed?

Yes, all test takers who successfully passed the exam are on the list, even those taking just part of the exam.
