Unpredictable MEE in DC

Wow, DC totally screwed people over today by giving MEE topics that are non consistent with what they have given in the past, and leaving out topics that have been consistently testing for years… I guess they want to make their ultra-low pass rate even lower… My heart goes out to all the poor folks I saw today retaking the exam… Seriously, it was a sad sight, people looked so dejected and defeated both before and especially after the exam, I felt bad for them… Lots of older folks too :(

MPTs were as expected though, so hopefully that helped everyone out! Good luck on the MBE tomorrow, knock it out…

What were the essay subjects today? I’m curious to hear how many MBE subjects were in there…
With the MEE only 25% of the overall score, the damage can be limited for sure.

Fight the power for the MBE tomorrow – you are half way home!

Commercial paper (check/forged indorsement/theft of check); Property (joint tenancy v. tenancy in common); Corporations (fiduciary responsibility of corporate boards); Torts (negligence/landlord tenant/personal injury); Evidence (character evidence/impeach witnesses); Civil Procedure (service of process by e-mail to person in foreign country/choice of law)

I did the essays only and it worked me pretty good. I thought I knew what I was doing – 1st PT I had to drop the factors down in single lines and the 2nd PT I started to write after 25 minutes – I did not even have my format like I wanted it, but I think I worked it into something. About those essays – wow – I mean I thought I knew what was going on until I was laying in bed and thinking about it more. How about the Torts one? What did I miss? I mean there was a Neg and Neg Per Se? How did you guys who are reading this blog feel – oh and thanks for putting this blog up. I have posted once before.

I just posted and forgot to tell those of you who took the MBE that when are will be reading this – you will be finished – I hope those of you who were iffy on your essays were able to rally back today.

That one threw me as well – I really did not know how to start it – I just said no to the rules and no to the Constitution – no due process – it gets better – was the 2nd part of that question as simple as it seemed???
